Who Needs This
Before funding or at renewal, lenders, equipment and auto finance companies, insurance companies, government agencies, and health programs, that need proof that a business is real and open.
Many lenders and programs order these visits as a fraud-prevention check before funding or enrollment. It gives the client dated, GEO-stamped facts to act on.
How It Works
- Order with the business name, address, and contact on file.
- A professional representative in that area is routed.
- The visit is unannounced unless the client requests us to make an appointment.
- The professional representative records signage, operating status, hours posted, visible equipment and inventory, and who is present.
- Photos are GEO-stamped and date-time stamped, then quality reviewed.
- The Inspection Report posts to NCCI's portal or the client's system.
What You Receive
A valuable Inspection Report with the date and time of the visit, GPS location, photos of the premises, observations and statements from people on site working at the business.
What NCCI does not do
NCCI reports what it observes. It does not make fraud determinations. Findings go to the client, who decides what to do next.
