Valuations and AVM

NCCI provides AVM Reports, powered by Relar, and valuation that financial institutions, banks, and credit unions use for portfolio review, home equity decisions and collateral monitoring.

Who Needs This

Banks, financial institutions, credit unions, community banks, real estate companies, and insurance companies.

How It Works

  1. The client submits addresses or a portfolio file.
  2. AVM values are returned with important information in confidence.
  3. Where a human review is needed, an AVM can be combined with an exterior inspection.
  4. Results are delivered by file or portal.

What You Receive

AVM Reports and, when ordered in combination, exterior valuations or condition reports with photos.

What NCCI does not do

AVMs are valuable statistical estimates. Use of an AVM in credit decisions is subject to applicable quality-control rules, which the client must follow.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an AVM?

An Automated Valuation Model (AVM) estimates a property's value from data and statistical models.

Can you add a human review?

Yes. An exterior valuation or inspection can be combined with an AVM when a client wants additional information.
