In-Person Customer Outreach

In-Person Customer Outreach visits the client-designated address to deliver the client's approved message when calls, mail, and email have not worked.

Who Needs This

Banks, financial institutions, credit unions, auto finance companies, lenders, and servicers.

How It Works

  1. The client supplies the account list and approved messaging and letters.
  2. Professional representatives visit during appropriate hours in an attempt to make contact and deliver communication.
  3. With a warm hand-off, customers are directed to the client's customer support.
  4. Every attempt is documented with date, time, GPS location, outcome and results, and if requested, photos.

What You Receive

A record of each attempt, any contact made, letters delivered, and customer responses is provided to the client in a Results Report.

What NCCI does not do

Professional representatives deliver approved messaging only. They do not counsel, negotiate, collect payment or give loan or legal advice.
