How It Works

  1. The client orders a Site Visit with the customer's name, address, and collateral list.
  2. A professional representative visits the premises and records business status and visible collateral.
  3. Photos and collected data are date-time stamped, and GEO-stamped.
  4. The Site Visit Report is promptly delivered to the client to meet its own timelines.

What You Receive

A Site Visit Report with current photos, observations, and collateral status for the loan file. Reports are formatted to the client's requested requirements.

What NCCI does not do

The lender, not NCCI, decides what the visit means for the loan. NCCI is not a legal advisor on SBA requirements.
